Ambition is the most innovative careers, recruitment and contracting firm in Australia, Asia and Europe. We were founded by two of the region’s most experienced recruitment executives, Nick Waterworth and Paul Lyons, in August 1999 and listed on the ASX in November 1999.

We have grown considerably in scope and now have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

 Headline numbers for the year ended 31st December 2007 are as follows:                               

> Revenue up 34% to $79.1m

> Earnings before tax up 11% to $5.6m

> Net profit after tax up 10% to $4.0m

> Fully-franked final dividend of 4c per share

> Earnings per share of 12.5c
