Paul Endacott - Managing Director, Singapore
Paul joined Ambition as Director in 2008 following a successful career in recruitment in both Hong Kong and the UK. He has been instrumental to the growth of the Ambition business in Singapore and in May 2010, he was promoted to Managing Director. Paul is responsible for the development strategy of the Singapore business which currently has teams covering Accounting & Finance, Banking & Financial Services and Sales & Marketing recruitment. In addition Paul continues to have an active involvement in the recruitment of Director and Board Level appointments.
Guy Day - Managing Director, Asia & UK
Guy Day, Managing Director, Asia & UK, has responsibility for leading and expanding the Asia and UK recruitment businesses. He has been with Ambition Group since it was established in Asia in 2001 and has worked in executive recruitment since 1995. He is charged with long-term business growth and developing strategic direction for the Asia and UK operations. Within these markets, Ambition has grown to be a significant and reputable player in banking & financial services, accounting & finance and sales & marketing recruitment.
