Paul Endacott - Managing Director, Singapore
Paul joined Ambition as Director in 2008 following a successful career in recruitment in both Hong Kong and the UK. He has been instrumental to the growth of the Ambition business in Singapore and in May 2010, he was promoted to Managing Director. Paul is responsible for the development strategy of the Singapore business which currently has teams covering Finance & Accounting, Banking & Financial Services and Sales & Marketing recruitment. In addition Paul continues to have an active involvement in the recruitment of Director and Board Level appointments.
Guy Day - Chief Executive
Guy Day, Chief Executive, has responsibility for leading Ambition's business globally. He has been with Ambition since it was established in Asia in January 2001 and has worked in executive recruitment since 1995. Based in Singapore, he is charged with long-term business growth and providing direction to the Asia, UK and Australian operations.
