6 MONTHS CONTRACT SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ($9000)

Our client is an offshore Legal firm

Job responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Finance Manager
• Responsible for month-end financial reporting
• Update of monthly schedules for Balance Sheet GL
• Assist in preparing all audit schedules and reports prior to audit
• Responsible for full sets accounting processes, AR, AP, GL journal postings, bank recon and inter-company reconciliation.
• Prepare GST/VAT for submission to local requirements.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of month end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly and annual report.
• Ad-hoc accounting duties

Job Requirements

• Degree and above, CPA is a plus
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Problem solving, good analysing and practical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Formulas)

Salary ranges from $7,500-$9,000/Month
