VP / AVP of Investor Relations

We are working with an established multi-asset exchange who are seeking a dynamic and motivated AVP/VP Investor Relations candidate to join their team in Singapore.

As a key member of the Investor Relations department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our investors, shareholders and financial analysts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the world of investor relations and corporate communications.

The VP / AVP of Investor Relations (IR) responsibility is to assist the Head of IR in developing and executing the company's IR strategy, including the maximization of shareholder value through financial planning and execution.

Job Scope:

  • Support the development and execution of investor relations strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing financial reports, presentations, and other investor-related materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and peer companies to provide insights to senior management.
  • Help organize and coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and maintain positive relationships existing and potential investors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication of financial and corporate information.
  • Monitor and report on relevant financial market developments and news.
  • Assist in the organization and management of shareholder meetings and events.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the investor relations database and mailing lists.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and disclosure requirements affecting investor relations activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Knowledge in financial markets and investor relations best practices a plus.
