Credit Risk Manager

Our client is a reputable global player in the brokerage industry. Due to business expansion, they are looking for talent who will be managing their Credit Risk framework and policies.

Leading a small team, you will work closely with the senior management in Singapore to enhance the credit risk policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for review and approval of credit limits, liaising with external counsel for contra losses recovery and manage trading exposure and losses. Working closely with the Technology team, you will drive improvements to the risk surveillance monitoring systems and projects to enhance work efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' credit risk experience in the brokerage industry
• Solid knowledge of contra loss recovery, and credit risk policies and procedures
• Team management experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to converse in Mandarin as interaction with Chinese stakeholders is required
