Regional Sales Lead (Contact Centre AI Solutions)

My client is a leading technology company providing innovative solutions to businesses for them to provide the best customer experience possible. They have developed at cutting edge AI based solution and they are looking to onboard a dynamic Regional Sales Lead (to be based in their Singapore office) to drive sales and capture a bigger customer base.

As the Regional Sales Lead, you will lead the execution of AI and digital solutions sales strategy, and drive revenue growth, while being the subject matter expert and supporting the core sales team. With a history in achieving sales targets, you'll look out for new opportunities, manage sales processes end-to-end within the region.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of robust sales strategy for AI and digital solutions that are aligned with the organizational objectives.
  • Be the subject matter expert and support the core sales team in targeting new opportunities for business and revenue growth within the region.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Pre-Sales to ensure smooth integration and efficient sales processes.
  • Lead and manage the sales process from initial client contact to successful product implementation.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and align solutions to fit their needs.
  • Lead internal and external conversations, hosting thought leadership events to position the company as a key player in the industry.



Key Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in contact centre solutions selling, with experience in selling AI and digital solutions to businesses.
  • Exhibit high motivation, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to tackle challenges with a solution-focused and innovative mindset.
  • Navigate complexities in culturally diverse regions to plan strategies and sell to customers Customer solutions, Analytics, and AI technology space.
  • Experience in business development and sales (manage full sales cycle) and add value to the customers to drive scale and growth within the team.
