I hold a degree in biotechnology from Northumbria University and possess fluency in both Mandarin and English.

Prior to joining Ambition, I established a remarkable foundation as a military expert and consultant. With four years of dedicated service in the military as an intelligence expert, I sharpened my analytical and strategic skills to a high degree of proficiency. Furthermore, I gained valuable experience by successfully managing a family business before transitioning into the recruitment industry.

Since entering the recruitment industry, I have excelled by forging meaningful partnerships with both global and local organisations. Through my effective communication skills and a deep understanding of diverse stakeholders, I have cultivated fruitful relationships and consistently delivered successful outcomes for my clients
