I have spent the past four years working in recruitment, focusing on middle- and back-office roles within the banking and financial services sector. During this time, I have built strong relationships with both clients and candidates, developed a solid understanding of the banking landscape, and strengthened my ability to match specialised talent with the right opportunities.
