1 Year Contract Product Sales Management Manager - Fintech

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own product expertise over time to proactively advocate, as a subject matter expert to the client which will require a deep understanding of product functionality and roadmap, regulatory and compliance issues, technology and operational environment of target customers, including major operational risk issues

  • Assess client business needs and identify applicable functional capabilities required, helping client add various capabilities to achieve success

  • Develop key focus sectors with specific value propositions

  • Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience and external partners as required

  • Support the client to drive new sales opportunities and increase existing usage of the firm's Commercial Capabilities to meet portfolio growth targets

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders and the clients

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years' experience involving product management, presales consulting and/or launching new products (preferably with commercial segments)

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master's Degree in related fields a plus

  • Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

  • Proven experience in program and project management in a matrixed, multi-country, and multi-cultural environment
