12 Months HR Generalist

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end payroll processing across assigned APAC markets, including vendor coordination, payroll validation, reconciliations, and ensuring full statutory compliance

· Monitor regulatory changes, conduct payroll reviews, and support audits, cut-offs, and time-sensitive submissions across multiple time zones

· Oversee HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits administration, and HRIS updates, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

· Act as a key point of contact for HR and payroll queries, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams across the region

· Operate effectively within a lean team, managing multiple workstreams independently while demonstrating strong problem-solving and adaptability

· Support and drive regional HR initiatives such as policy reviews, annual cycles, audits, and process improvements, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
