3 months Bank HR Admin Assistant

Job Scope

* Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including the application of work passes for foreign employees, benefits enrolment as required
* Maintain accurate workforce records including filing of confidential documents, archival of old files, maintain employees' files (including online storage)
* Manage benefits administration including enrolment and cessation of members
* Processing of HR invoices
* Assist on recruitment activities
* Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

* Min Diploma / Degree in HRM / Business or related disciplines
* Prior admin / HR experience desirable
* Attention to details
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office suite
* Immediate availability preferred
