4-5 MONTHS CONTRACT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR CUM HR SUPPORT (Maternity coverage)

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting Managing Director for any admin matters
  • Monitor and issue building access cards to employees
  • Prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets etc
  • Assist in-coordinating meetings and book meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required
  • Supporting HR department in HR admin duties
  • Arrange for interview arrangements
  • Arranging for seminars and events
  • Be involved in ad-hoc company/section projects

Requirements

  • Diploma Levels and above
  • 2-3 years of office admin cum hr experience would be an advantage
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Words, Excel)
  • Able to work independently with initiative
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary ranges from S$3,000-$3500

Great working environment with no overtime required
