Account Manager

Job description

A prolific system integrator and AV solutions provider in Singapore, my client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team. This role would have you be responsible for not only winning new clients to provide integrated solutions to but also work with some of the leading manufacturing partners ensuring good working relationship with all stakeholders resulting in you being able to provide the best solutions to fit the customer's needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new B2B sales opportunities, guiding them through the entire sales cycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with partners, contributing to the negotiation of competitive pricing to enhance the attractiveness of bids.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and solutions to "C" level executives, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's integrated AV solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with AV Designer Team to develop state-of-the-art solutions that cater to the specific needs of clients.
  • Create and deliver weekly sales reports, offering insights into progress, achievements, and areas for growth.
  • Focus primarily on the enterprise sector, including industries such as Technology, Oil & Gas, and more. (so candidates with experience in managing key accounts in these industries would be preferred)

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling in a B2B environment and providing solutions pertaining to AV, Videoconferencing or telephony solutions would be highly desirable.
  • At least a Diploma in IT, Engineering, or any other field is preferred.
  • Outgoing personality with a keen interest in sales, with a proven track record, especially in the enterprise market such as Manufacturing, FSI, etc.
