Accountant (Consolidation)

A well-established Singapore family office specializing in multi-asset portfolio management is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to focus on consolidation and report to the Finance Manager.

Core scope:

• Full-set accounting and month/quarter/year-end close for assigned entities
• Financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and group consolidation, including intercompany reconciliation/elimination
• Investment accounting - reconciling investment schedules against bank, custodian, broker, and investment manager statements
• Audit support, tax coordination, and statutory compliance (SFRS(I))
• Banking matters and process/controls improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Commerce (Accounting or Finance major)
• 5-8 years' relevant accounting experience, ideally hands-on full-set
• Solid grasp of Singapore accounting/statutory rules; audit and tax coordination experience
• Consolidation/intercompany exposure preferred; family office, fund, or multi-entity group experience a plus
• NetSuite familiarity, advanced Excel (complex datasets/reconciliations)
