My client is a global hospitality MNC with extensive presence all around the world. Located at Orchard, they are seeking an immediately available Admin Assistant cum Receptionist to join them for a 12 months renewable contract.
The Admin Assistant cum Receptionist will serve the dual role of being the receptionist as well as covering admin duties and managing the office. The main job responsibilities will consist of:
- Receptionist duties including answering phone, greeting guests, answering queries from customers calling in from abroad
- Managing the office which includes office supplies purchases, inventory, keeping pantry stocked & maintenance of records
- Full spectrum of travel arrangement including flight, hotel, expense reports & VISA Booking for senior staff
- Facility and equipment maintenance
- Provide adhoc support to various team when required

To qualify you must possess:

- Must be able to start work immediately
- Min 2 year of related experience
- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and enjoy multi-tasking
- Excellent attitude with a desire to learn
