Our client, a global pharmaceutical brand, is looking to hire an extra pair of hands to join their administrative team. The person that takes on this position will be integral in the day to day operations of the business and must be able to multi task and work alongside senior stakeholders.

Reporting into the Admin Manager, some of the key responsibilities would include:

  • Responsible for staff travel booking arrangement
  • Assist in organizing staff incentives
  • Processing of goods receipts and invoices to Finance department on regular basis
  • Work with vendors for office renovation matters (compare quotes and propose), monitor the progress of renovations
  • Handle incoming phone calls / reception duties and maintain visitor administration
  • Handling dispatch of documents & parcels through courier services
  • Ad-hoc duties and assignment as required

The successful candidate must possess:

  • A Degree/ Diploma in Finance, Management or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative/ finance capacity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
