Role Overview:
Responsible for managing after-sales support, resolving customer issues, and improving service quality for robotics, automation, or related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer after-sales requests and complaints promptly.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with customers.
Analyze service data and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Develop and refine after-sales service processes and standards.
Conduct maintenance, replace parts, perform inspections, and provide service feedback.
Ideal Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma or above in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in after-sales service or maintenance.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service awareness.
Familiarity with robotics, warehousing, or logistics.
