Analyst/AVP Governance, REITs

A leading financial institution is hiring an Analyst/AVP Governance, REITs to join their growing team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage REIT portfolio to ensure activities are in compliance with regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients while fulfilling fiduciary obligations
• Review, draft and negotiate legal documentation
• Review documentation and internal processes due to regulatory changes or implementation of new measures with clients
• Coordinate with internal counsel on framework and processes so that legal documentation process align with requirements
• Keep abreast of developments in the Real Estate industry
• For Manager level: to guide junior team members and resolve issues faced when required

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree
• At least 3-5 years' working experience in any of these fields: audit/ risk/ compliance/ law, or operations experience in REITs field
• Familiar with real estate investment trust will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solving capabilities
