Our Client: is a high-growth HR tech company with a massive future ahead, in changing the way people take references and do pre-employment screening. Our mission is to make it easy for everyone to share how good they are and in doing so support the HR and recruitment industries with our innovative SaaS solution. They aim to modernize and automate the pre-employment screening process, while eliminating its time consuming and manual side. It provides a B2B blockchain solution which is reusable by candidates.


  • You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, helping to establish a scalable sales process from start to end and bring on new talent into the organization
  • You will be focused on identifying, prospecting and winning new business from senior HR and recruitment managers from companies of all shapes and sizes - particularly in the financial services and fintech industries.
  • Forecast deals at the end of the sales cycle and help onboard the client with help from our Customer Success team, while understanding the clients pain points
  • Run face to face demos and sales meetings with key decision makers
  • Build your personal brand as a HR Tech specialist amongst the APAC HR and recruitment network
  • Continue to uphold a strong relationship to understand where Veremark can increase usage within your client's business to up-sell or expand usage.


  • Proven sales track record in SaaS and HR solutions and selling to HR leaders
  • A scientific approach to building a sales funnel and pipeline management
  • A confident and consultative presentation style with a no nerves mentality to lead generation
  • An engaging approach to leading client demos and meetings either on a 1-2-1 basis or to a larger audience
  • The sense of self accountability to deliver whether in the office or working remotely
  • A keen interest in the world of HR and the topic of the future of work
