Our client is a global company in the blockchain industry as well as a highly established cryptocurrency trading and exchange platform.
Due to headcount expansion, they are looking for an API Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Service (Technical) team. You will be expected to manage backend applications including API integration and also provide technical support for developers as well as end users.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (ideally Computer Science)
  • Basic knowledge in Python, Java, API
  • Knowledge of hardware and software applications, data warehouse and operating systems (Windows/Linux/iOS)

The following are added advantages:

  • At least 1 year experience in a customer facing technical support role
  • Knowledge of HTTP and Shell scripting
