API Technical Support Lead
Location: Singapore / China (Remote)

Our client is a top-tier global Fintech company with over 100Milion users, leveraging advanced technology to deliver secure, high-speed and user-friendly digital finance solutions for both B2C and B2B customers.

We are seeking a hands-on API Technical Support Lead to drive seamless integration and top-tier support. You'll be the go-to expert for API troubleshooting, documentation, and performance optimization-bridging product, engineering, and client success in a fast-moving crypto environment.

What You'll Do

• Support clients with API integration, usage, and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear, developer-friendly API documentation and training materials.
• Monitor API performance and provide optimization insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance API stability and capabilities.
• Gather client feedback to inform product improvements.

What You Bring

• Experience in API support, development, or related roles.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and at least one language (Java, Python, JS, Go).
• Familiar with tools like Postman, Swagger, or Apigee.
• Strong English communication and debugging skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and supporting night shifts if needed.
• Mandarin as working skills is a must for stakeholder management purpose.

Bonus Points

• API performance tuning, testing, or security experience (OAuth, JWT).
• Background in API product development or customer support.
