Application Support Engineer
12 Months Contract

Main Responsibilities

• Provide operational technical support and assist functional teams
• Improve operations (DR, migrations, major maintenance)
• Enhance system reliability (automation, monitoring, alerting, RCA)
• Support CI/CD implementation to improve delivery timelines
• Manage incidents, escalations, and service delivery
• Standardize and optimize workflows and processes
• Promote knowledge sharing and documentation
• Bridge gap between development and operations
• Maintain and support system-level code as required

Qualifications & Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Banking environment experience is a plus

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of UNIX/Linux experience.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell)
• Hands-on experience in at least one: Ansible, GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Good understanding of IT systems and application architecture
