AR Credit Control Executive

• Implementing credit policies, processes and internal controls to govern the credit control/collections function
• Conducting financial background checks and reference checks on new customers to verify their creditworthiness
• Tracking and analyzing existing customers' credit and collection history to mitigate potential payment defaults
• Following-up on payments due and enforcing assigned credit limits/policies
• Coordinating activities related to customer payment plans and reassignment of credit limits
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiencies through better use of technology
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to monitor collections and resolve payment issues
• Collaborating with customers on collections and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely payment recovery.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with local/international accounting standards and principles, with a preference for credit control experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP accounting applications (an advantage)
