Asia Facility Manager - Corporate Reak Estate

Role Overview

Regional leadership role overseeing technical facilities operations, sustainability, and workplace environment management across APAC. The position ensures operational excellence through engineering standards, infrastructure management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in MEP, ICT facilities, and building systems (power, cooling, safety, security).

  • Manage base building infrastructure, asset management, planned maintenance, and incident response.

  • Lead environmental and energy management, including ISO 14001 compliance, EPI reporting, and carbon reduction initiatives.

  • Oversee projects such as office relocations, new site setup, and restacking.

  • Support physical security operations, including CCTV, access control, and system testing.

Ideal Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

  • 10+ years in engineering operations, infrastructure projects, and corporate real estate

  • Corporate Real Estate experience is a must, financial services and banking industry is desired.

  • Proven experience with MEP design/execution (~200K sq ft projects) and Building Management Systems.

  • Knowledge of ITIL change & incident management and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.

  • Willingness to travel regionally for projects and audits.
