Assistant Finance Manager (Professional Services)

My client is global advertising firm with strong international presence. They are hiring a Assistant Finance Manager to join their Singapore Team. They offer good work life balance and hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be managing day-to-day finance operations, performing month-end closing activities, managing intercompany reconciliation and reporting, preparing quarterly GST submission,monitoring cash flow and preparing weekly cash forecast, analyzing monthly costs, and supporting budgeting exercises.

You will also assist in supervising and providing guidance to finance executives, help to coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents, streamlining processes for efficiency and implementing procedures for financial and internal control purposes.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of accounting experience preferably in the service/ professional industry.
• Degree in Accountancy
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
