Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client is a well-established manufacturing firm and they are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager to support the full spectrum of finance and reporting operations for their Singapore entity.



This is a hands-on role covering end to end accounting (AP/AR/GL), management reporting, GST and corporate tax compliance, cashflow and bank reconciliation, statutory and audit coordination. You will work closely with regional finance leadership and play an active role in driving process improvements and controls across the function.





Beyond the numbers, you will have to maintain and improve internal controls and SOPs, support budgeting cycles, and partner with IT on system and automation initiatives.



Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
  • Exposure to group reporting tools (e.g. Hyperion) and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
