We are partnering with a renowned luxury brand with a global presence and over 150 years of heritage. Today, they have close to 3,000 employees and remain family-owned despite their status as a global brand owner. Responsibilities
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a strategic role in specialising on HR Benefits and Compensation matters. This include evaluating and improving benefits programs, research on employee satisfaction levels, ensure competitiveness in compensation benchmarking, and execute bonus planning proposals. You will also get to be part of the Welfare committee to lead all welfare activities. To enhance exposure, this role will involve L&D to oversee training and development needs and act as an internal consultant to facilitate L&D solutions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with 5 - 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits. While they are open to various industries, having some experience in Retail sector will be an added advantage. You will need to be hands-on with end-to-end C&B responsibilities and possess strong communication skills to manage senior stakeholders.
