Assistant HR Manager (HRBP + Generalist)

Job description

Our client is an established lifestyle group, as they continue to scale their corporate operations in Singapore, they are looking for a hands-on HR professional to join their HR team.

The Role

You will be the backbone of HR operations for the corporate office, supporting both local and regional employees across the full employee lifecycle from payroll to engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for local and overseas employees in partnership with outsourced payroll vendors
  • Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding
  • Administer employee benefits programs covering medical insurance and leave management
  • Support annual performance appraisal and compensation review cycles
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure accuracy of employee records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, well-being programmes, and recognition events

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to C&B,HR operations and BP experience
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and payroll systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures
