Associate Equipment & Process Engineer

Role Overview

Support daily production operations in a 300mm/200mm semiconductor fab by ensuring equipment readiness, stability, and performance. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 12-hour shift operations to ensure smooth production flow and equipment uptime
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration in a timely manner
• Assist in installation, setup, and qualification of new equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Support equipment improvement and optimization projects
• Participate in quality and productivity improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and equipment care

Ideal Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Microelectronics Engineering
• Prior experience in semiconductor equipment support is preferred
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
