I am currently partnering with a leading global bank who are expanding their Syndication team. This is a junior level role where there will be mentorship and guidance provided. They are looking for junior candidates with some exposure to syndication looking to join a leading global platform.

The role involves maintaining relationships with Asian loan investors, sourcing liquidity, and gathering market intelligence. It also includes expanding the bank's sales network by finding new loan investors, identifying syndication opportunities, managing loan portfolios, and coordinating the distribution of loan transactions in the region. The candidate will work closely with loan originators and other product teams to fulfill these responsibilities.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 1+ years of experience within Banking
  • Corporate Banking & Syndication experience
  • Self starter mindset
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
