Associate Partner/Partner - Insights & Strategy (Financial Services)

I am currently partnered with a global boutique consultancy which specializes in insights and design strategy projects leveraging on social and human sciences. They are now looking to expand into the Financial Services industry and are keen to speak to well networked and experienced consulting leaders.

This role will lead their expansion into the Financial Services & FinTech space working on Strategy, Business Development and Project Delivery. The incumbent will craft the companies proposition for the target markets and work on meeting business goals through new business generation and subsequent delivery of short-medium term projects. There will be a general pool of resources to support the execution of projects as well.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 10+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Experience within Consulting & ideally Financial Services
  • Ability to lead teams and work independently
  • Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Creative problem-solving skills and good communication skills
