Associate/ AD, Private Banking Client Onboarding

One of our key clients, a highly established private bank globally, is currently seeking an excellent individual with client onboarding or SOW experience to join their team in Singapore at Associate/ Associate Director level.

In this role, you will identify AML issues and red flags, review account opening documentation and liaise with RMs for deficiency in KYC information or documentation. You will perform SOW corroboration and check quality of SOW. You will also ensure the review requirements are in accordance to the bank's standards and regulatory requirements.

This role requires someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as be able to coach and mentor less experienced team members, especially at AD level.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• 3-8 years' relevant experience in KYC/ Onboarding/ SOW within Private Banking
• Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ACAMS qualification would be a plus
