Associate Tax Director / Director

My client is a well-established boutique professional services firm in Singapore hiring for an Associate Director, Tax/ Director. This is a key succession-planning hire. They're looking for someone who is technically strong in Singapore corporate tax, enjoys advisory work, and is ready to step into a broader leadership role within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and review corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements
• Manage and mentor a small tax team
• Provide technical guidance on complex tax matters (corporate tax, restructuring, cross-border issues)
• Support business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships
• Play a key role in succession planning and long-term practice growth

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of corporate tax experience within public accounting / professional services
• Strong technical grounding in Singapore corporate tax
• Prior team leadership or managerial experience
• Comfortable engaging clients and advising business owners directly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing into a key leadership position

This could suit someone currently at Senior Manager level looking for the next step, or an existing AD who prefers a more agile, relationship-driven environment.
