Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QEHS Engineer to support and enhance the company's Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with ISO standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a safety- and quality-focused culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality systems and EHS management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the company's QEHS Management System in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards

  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across operations

  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Coordinate management reviews, compliance reporting, and documentation control

  • Develop and deliver training programs on QEHS policies, safe work procedures, and best practices

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., certification bodies, auditors, vendors) to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance

  • Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and EHS performance indicators, proposing improvement plans

  • Support cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities such as root cause analysis, FMEA, and 8D reports

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in QEHS initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in QEHS roles within manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments

  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local regulatory requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Familiarity with audit processes, CAPA systems, and EHS tools

  • Team player with a hands-on and proactive approach
