AVP, Client Onboarding

Our client is a leading global bank. Due to business growth, they are looking for a Client Onboarding professional to join their team in Singapore at an Analyst or AVP level.

Reporting to Regional Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Handle onboarding requests for new products and entities
• Provide high quality service to clients via emails and phone calls, and ensure no impact on onboarding related revenue
• Work closely with the processing team and provide guidance when required
• As an AVP, you will handle escalations from the business, lead junior analysts with regular reviews and feedback while ensuring onboarding needs are met

Requirements:

• 2-5 years' KYC, client onboarding experience, preferably in investment banking enviroment
• Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience would be an added advantage
• Ability to converse in Mandarin as interaction with Chinese clients is required
