AVP, Compliance Assurance

Our client is a global investment bank. With an increase in demand for Compliance, they are looking for professionals to join their assurance team, focusing on financial crime topics.

In this business critical role, you will perform assurance reviews and identify risks, issues and examples of good practice. You will also resolve issues that impact reviews progress, support review teams in timely delivery of assurance reviews and ensure adherence to compliance assurance methodology. Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the business and articulate review outcome related to conduct risk, reputational risk. You will also identify gaps in controls and offer solutions.

Requirements:

• More than 5-8 years' experience in compliance assurance and knowledge of financial crime regulations
• Candidates with compliance advisory experience and good understanding of controls are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates who require work pass need not apply
