A leading global quantitative investment firm is seeking a high-caliber Finance, AVP to support its regional operations across Asia-Pacific. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of financial operations, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations and reporting for several APAC offices
  • Coordinate with outsourced accounting teams and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare financial statements, perform variance and cash flow analysis, and support audits
  • Develop internal reports and contribute to process and system improvements in finance operations

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, foreign currency transactions, and US GAAP
  • Proficient in Excel (advanced skills required); Workday experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams and time zones
