An established regional bank is hiring an AVP, capital and margin management to join their team in Singapore.

The role focusing on Global Treasury's capital optimisation initiatives and margin management, responsible for negotiation with counterparties on agreements relating to margin rules and daily initial margin monitoring. Further, to investigate and resolve margin variances with counterparties, involve in Clearing initiatives and issues.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• 8+ years' of solid experience with Market/Credit risk capital
• Understanding of Margin rules and requirements
• Familiarity with OTC and ETD clearing
• Good knowledge in treasury products and risk management
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• A bachelors' degree in any discipline
