AVP - Markets Operations, Foreign Exchange Operations Manager

Our client, a leading Global Bank, is looking to hire a Market Operations AVP who will oversee and execute critical core operations activities, and initiate and implement sustainable processes, and automation/migration. The scope includes proactive engagement with APAC regional stakeholders to support the business and clients trading in Markets products, including but not limited to FX/ Foreign Exchange, Money Markets and Fixed Income.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institution
  • Extensive experience in handling large projects delivering operational activities, especially in FX/ Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income products.
  • Team management skills
  • Strong, influential communicator who has demonstrated success interacting with senior management
  • Strong risk management and results oriented
