AVP, Operational Risk (Private Banking)

Our client is an established global bank, looking for Operational Risk professional within the Private Banking space to join their team in Singapore at AVP level.

Responsibilities:

• 1st LOD role working closely with process owners and business heads to ensure operational risks for product and cross-functions are effectively managed
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place and advise the business on operational risk exposures
• Conduct control sample testing and analytics investigation
• Support the team in reporting submission, risk forums activities and internal/ external audits
• Contribute to new system developments by providing risk inputs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in operational risk management within Private Banking environment
• Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
