AVP, Operations Control

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will conduct performance analysis, prepare management reports and manage quality assurance programmes. You will manage risk incident reports and escalation from various business units across Asia. You will also support Operational risk, audit or compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in operational risk, or operations with an understanding of risk and controls
• Ability to interact with members from various functions and at all levels
• Knowledge of trade finance or loan processes will be an added advantage
• Strong written and interpersonal skills
