AVP/VP Change Manager, Financial Markets

Job description

A global bank is hiring for a Change Manager, in the Financial Markets Change management team.


Reporting to the Global COO, you will be spearheading the new ways of working as the business transforms into agile way of working. This will include collaborating with the broader financial markets team on setting and delivering on transformation metrics and be adaptable between the roles of product owner, business analyst or change manager. You will be collaborating with Technology, COO and Transformation portfolio teams to delivery key initiatives and enable data driven decisions.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar change management or business analyst role
  • Worked in an agile environment and familiar with that environment
  • Good knowledge of financial markets
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive within tight timelines
