AVP/VP, Institutional Sales Manager, Trading

A global trading firm is on the lookout for an AVP/VP Institutional Sales Manager. This is a newly created headcount, due to excellent performance in the year.

Being part of the Business Development team, the incumbent will play a critical role in the origination and maintenance of portfolio clients including institutional investors and cryptocurrency exchanges in the region. this role was created to generate new busines in Singapore and SEA. The incumbent will also be spearheading new trading ideas and sharing the firm's capabilities and product suite. With state of the art technology, this firm has a wide range of products, including OTC derivatives, futures, options and cryptocurrency. He/she will also be looking into the brand equity and awareness across the region.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in institutional sales in a trading firm/brokerage/asset manager
• Experience building networks and relationships in the region
• Existing institutional client relationships
• Team player, with a hungry and driven attitude
• Interest in cryptocurrency landscape in Singapore and SEA
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
