AVP/ VP, Risk Management

Job description

Our client is a leading financial institution, looking for a seasoned Market and Credit Risk professional to join their team in Singapore at AVP or VP level.

The role involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans, managing credit risk events, risk reporting, collaborating with business units for risk evaluation, advocating for risk management excellence, and driving continuous improvement in risk control processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • At least 5-10 years' relevant experience in market and credit risk, within banking or financial institution
  • Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, regulatory requirements, risk management principles and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
