AVP, Trade Surveillance

A global investment bank is hiring an AVP, Trade Surveillance to join their growing team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse trading data across various products and provide insights into trends and trader behavior across all regions
• Manage risk cases and improve Key Risk Indicators used in the platform
• Improve data quality
• Support requests from front office and other business units
• Participate in projects to implement changes to processes, workflow changes and policies
• Guide junior members in the team

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in trade/ market surveillance or middle office trade support function
• Strong product knowledge of at least one of these: FX, rates, credit, equities
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of trade booking practices
• Proficiency in VBA, Pivot table would be an added advantage
