Banking Paralegal

Location: Singapore
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Experience: At least 2+ years

I am working with a leading international firm to hire a Banking & Finance Paralegal for their team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing finance documents, legal opinions and ancillary docs
  • Conducting due diligence
  • Checking and preparing CPs
  • Registering charges and bibling
  • Updating internal know-how
  • Legal research as required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Paralegal/Legal Exec in a law firm (preferably from a Finance or Finance-related practice group i.e. Asset Finance, Structured Finance - other transactional paralegals will also be considered)
  • Good communication skills and academic record
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
