BCD TCAD Simulation Engineer - Semicon Fab

Role Overview:
This role involves developing advanced BCD (Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS) devices for consumer and automotive applications through process and device simulations. The engineer will collaborate with process integration and device teams to optimize technology performance using TCAD tools and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze WAT data from engineering wafers for DMOS devices.
• Calibrate TCAD models using silicon data for process and device validation.
• Conduct BCD process and device simulations to enhance electrical performance.
• Work closely with integration and device engineers to achieve best-in-class device results.

Ideal Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in Electronics Engineering or Physics (Bachelor's with strong fundamentals acceptable).
• Over 3 years (Master/PhD) or 5 years (Bachelor) of hands-on experience in BCD device development.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor physics (CMOS, BJT, DMOS) and device characterization.
