BD Manager - B2B SAAS

Our client provides HR Software solutions and is one of Singapore's Top 75 fastest growing companies ranked by The Straits Times in 2021! They are looking for a Busines development Manager who is experienced in handling enterprise clients to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • As a BD Manager, you are required to handle the full sales cycle of achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets from lead generation, value proposition, negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Product principals sales team to identify leads and opportunities for Software Resell and Implementation Services.
  • You will need to ensure strong client / prospect communication and follow-up by documenting all designated CTA, follow-up dates, complete profile information, lead source, and prospect interaction in the CRM system.
  • You should possess a strong knowledge of industry trends in SaaS / HR-Tech products.

The Successful Applicant:

  • The successful applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience selling software solutions to enterprise clients.
  • You should have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Coming from a SaaS / HR-Tech domain would be a plus
