Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will lead the billing function for Singapore and other SEA entities. You will produce complex invoices (including time breakdowns and tax) in line with service agreements with clients and manage the monthly and quarterly billings process.
You will review active matters with internal stakeholders to determine what can be invoiced, ensure all disbursements, time entries and costs are accurately recorded.
You will ensure and chase up on internal approvals before dispatching. When required you will draft and lodge E-bills. You will produce and circulate WIP reports.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billings and WIP
- Diploma or degree holder
- Experienced in professional service or legal firms or related services firms a plus
- Knowledge of GST and WHT
- Excellent communications.
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work as a team player and independently
- Good level of IT skills
