Branding & Communications Manager

As Branding and Communication Manager, you will have autonomy to drive initiatives and will have the strong support of a team of experienced and driven professionals.
The role will be part of the management team in SEA, head of APAC and the head of program.
- Develop and direct marketing strategies and advertising campaigns plan, involving social media, SEO, SEM
- Set the direction and execute marketing efforts through an in-depth understanding of consumers through analytics tools and consumer insights
- Prospect and source new digital marketing capabilities and channels
- Analyze and measure the campaign performances through marketing metrics
- Enhance brand positioning and differentiation by monitoring trends and competitor activity
- Work in close coordination with agencies and the in-house team at HQ to ensure effective end to end communication and delivery
- At least three years of experience in consumer insights and/or marketing related roles
- Experience in brand communication and online/offline marketing campaign execution
- Data driven with a strong sense of experimentation and passion to think out of box
- Strong relationship management and ability to collaborate across teams
- Believe in company mission to use technology to upskill workforce on a large scale
- Responsive and moves very fast, high energy, takes pride in intellectual rigor, consumer centric, takes initiative
